Hi Kastel,
If you have to spend hours on custom and immigration and long line up for security check, probably you have less incentive for holiday(oversea or long distance).May be people switch to camping instead. I think it will take some time for business go back to normal.
The next month or so, may be it is time to get in and buy more income trust.
