Vector, glad you liked it. I haven't had the time to study it in detail, but it did look quite information rich.

Another angle on the issue of rapid clearance and radiolabeling. If you want to use full-size MAbs, then, yes you are better off using mouse than humanized or chimeric forms if you need rapid clearance. Another way is to use humanized, human or chimeric *fragments* as those clear quite rapidly. In a different context, ReoPro, Centocor's marketed drug, is a chimeric Fab fragment (just one arm of the Ab), and it is used as such because you do not want the drug to stay too long in circulation because of potential bleeding problems

I believe biowa pointed to a Canadian company doing some cancer work using Ab fragments. Was it for NHL too?
