Victor, Keep emphasizing the term "war".Wars are not one episode bombing raids against an enemy and then everything is hunky dory. This will be a long-term proposition.

And in a war rarely if ever is a single knockout blow landed. Look even at how the Battle of Cannae in 53B.C. with Hannibal and complete loss of an army did not shake Roman resolve, and the Romans eventually regrouped and won the Second Punic War under Fabius Cunctator and then Scipio Africanus.

Instead we need to talk of progressively degrading the other side's warmaking capabilities- such as capture of the 10 "second-wave" terrorists tonight.

Hezbollah and fatah, etc. no doubt placed cells in the US due to lax immigration laws years ago. These cells can be activated. However their skill levels will drop from the initial wave elite shock troops and probably include car bombs or truck bombs already assembled and sitting for years in some garage someplace, low-key poisons, etc.

Like all wars we will simultaneously deal with front line warriors on the ground while we also strive to cut off their financial and logistical support and destroy command and control structure.

Actually every one of you out there can help thwart their potential actions by making it harder for them to move freely and unseen across our country.

If you have a gun- put it in your vehicle and carry it with you. The mere sight of a weapon may deter action by cell members.

Don't walk down the sidewalk with your head down. Look up and look around you witha careful eye- Anyone or anything seem "out of place"? If your instincts say "yes" then immediately take out your cell phone and call 911- Better safe than sorry.

Also carry a flashlight and camera in your car to take pictures of suspicious areas, vehicles, or activities. You may just snap the picture of the license plate of a vehicle or person that solves or prevents an attack....Those are simple ways to make movement by potential terrorists much more dificult...
