Dear M and others: I am so glad that you are aware of the problem and the incredible dangers posed by terrorists. I am very hopeful this is going to be a WORLDWIDE effort to ban terrorism. The immediate effect should be to eradicate their current training camps and eliminate as many of their leaders as possible. This will put a dent in their operations for now. Ultimately, I think the solution will be that IF the entire world works together we can make the SHAME factor so awful that no decent nation will want to be considered a Terrorist supporting state. Peer pressure works with people and I bet it works with most nations as well. In any event, regardless of how one feels about the violence we are about to have to wreek (sp?) on these terrorist and their goons, we HAVE NO CHOICE in this. War has been declared against the democracies of the World (check and see what is happening in India there is a recent post on EMC thread of this). Their incredible success here has emboldened them to dream of even worse threats. JDN
