I saw an interview with the CEO of the leading bond company, which lost 70% of its workforce. The CEO survived only because he took his son to the first day of kindergarten, and was running late. He was devastated: like any normal human being, he felt the weight of responsibility for his employees and their families, who looked to him for help and comfort, and like any normal person, he was grieving for all the associates he had lost. Responsibility is a heavy thing to carry, and no decent person sends people into jeopardy lightly. Not only should we not show division to exploit at this point in time, but we should all sympathize with the burden faced by the president and his chief advisors........
