Israel? I think that the odds of that is incredibly low. Sure they have the technical ability (most countries do), but they would be risking everything with an operation like this for only moderate benefit. Plus I think even in a relatively ruthless organization like the Mossad there would be enough people opposed to something like this that they could have a problem keeping the plans for the attack secure. Without even a hint of evidence that Israel did it I don't think you should talk about them as a suspect. Bin Laden is still far more likely then Israel. Iraq should probably be a suspect as well.

But how could they have coordinated something like this?

They (Iraq) have intelligence agencies and terrorists that they sponsor. It would not have been difficult for them.
