Mani:Find them, kill them. You know, that just might work....provided every single target puts a blinking neon sign on their forehead saying: "Terrorist". It's just not going to happen. The few that we do get will become martyrs which can only serve to enhance the factions' recruiting efforts. This is not mere speculation.
