I had similar thoughts myself. Perfect diversion and delay tactics. The books in Arabic and the Koran in the seized automobiles red flagged my interest. Did not make sense. Being that they were quite proficient in English and the Koran is never far from hand, especially if one is about to sacrifice oneself for the Glory of allah.
