People in the past have grumbled about delays. People wanted expedited boarding. But you can't have speedy boarding and safety- safety is compromised when there is haste. It's like that thing about engineering- help me out cosmic- where there are three things but you can only have two (cost, robustness, speed of engineering?.... what WERE they?
