Actually, I was talking about the international follow on against terrorism that should now be possible.

For the attack Tuesday, there will be sufficient evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

Looking at the, probably medium reliable, news reports, the terrorists under estimated the amount of information they were leaving behind.

It looks like they assumed since the planes would be completely destroyed, the trail had no starting point and would therefore be untracable and didn't bother to cover their back trail very well.

The "beyond reasonable doubt" relaxation, I believe, should also extend to the accessories after the fact. From things I've read, Osama bin Laden moves a couple of times a week. If we have that information, we probably know where he has stayed in the past and are slightly behind his actions.

If that is the case, one tactic we can and should pursue is to destroy any location he has used. The friend of my enemy is my enemy. Accessories after the fact of murder are guilty as well.

When his supporters get the idea that if you let him sleep in your house for a single night, your home and its occupants disappear a few days later, help will become less available.

Now that I've made my hawk statements, I'll put on my dove hat for a moment.

I'm disgusted by the reports of hate activities in our country against people of Middle East decent or Muslems. We were attacked by people that justify their actions by the generalization that "Americans are evil" and therefore there are no innocents, all Americans are targets.

We must not degenerate into that same mentality by focusing on the ethnicity of the criminals that have attacked us. These terrorist happen to be from the Middle East. There are terrorist of every race out there. It is the activities and actions that are to be hated and attacked, not the ethnic group from which these particular terrorist have sprung.

Individuals are to be judged by there actions. The person of Middle East decent that is being verbally abused by a stranger at the mall is someone elses neighbor and friend. The neighbor sees a kind friend who is there when needed. The abusive stranger sees only ethnic relationships and acts in ignorance.
