My thoughts exactly. Sept 11 means the clock turned back to a world order worse than the Cold War. Confidence, a key ingredient of a globalized market economy, has experienced a terrible crash. Any propping of the stock markets next week will be an excellent opportunity to bail out. Personally I am all cash and bonds. I also have a relatively very small physical gold position. I don't expect to buy stocks for a long time -- though I will continue trading a small speculative position.
