CL, the only, I believe they both have the same number of shares, 45-50MM.

There has been an argument that Global is worth more because of its other property. However, USPS also has other property and the Pro Forma was just for the ore pile mining. For the ore pile mining investment, GPGI and USPS should trade equally IMO.
