Yes, the Zipper's Elvis imitation was so transparent, but it enthralled the likes of partisan Dem Dan Rather & Peter Jennings. I'm sure it had the same effect on other lower order primates.

I read recently that Tom Brokaw spent the summer thinking of running for the Dem Prez nomination. Roseanne Barr or Barbra Streisand would be a better fit.
