Yes, we should seek it, make our case, and then EXPECT a commitment either way. And yes to your earlier point, this was a crime against civilization and a crime against humanity. But it was committed within a sovereign nation and IT'S citizens. World wide support is desirous, but not essential to our determination to find the perpetrators and deal them a fatal blow. We must acknowledge the right of each and every nation to defend itself when being attacked by a foreign entity within our own borders.
