In many many ways. But I ''ll tell you just one, I got to leave for a soccer game. We must stop our double standards which have been ingrained in our foreign policy for decades. There are numerous examples, I ll just mention a few:

-Israel vs. Palestinians (we practically fund a terrorist state there to brutally suppress them for decades and then we wonder why they hate us? I did not see us enforcing UN Resolutions to get them out of the areas they occupy but we sure got it when we needed it for the Gulf war? When we couldn't get it, we simply bypassed that body and got our little baby NATO in Balkans...etc etc.

Turkey vs Kurds and vs. Cyprus
The Turks suppress the Kurds for decades but we support them (on top of that they are very democratic too, LOL). Since they are our friends, the Kurds are terrorists but they sure look like freedom fighters to a lot of people. UN Resolution to get the Turks out of Cyprus after invading in 1974--see Kissinger--rots all these years, too bad we don't get to enforce something that goes against our friends.

Examples like that abound, my friend.

Gotta run, today its' two rival schools, one from Dearborn (Arab American community there) it may get ugly.
