hey Karl, just got off the phone with PB - complicated year-end report with the acquisition and the close-out in s. cal., but he was in MUCH better spirits than previous conversations. i'm really doubting buying opportunities much lower than current (~$6) - too bad, i'd like to buy a butt-load of it for a buck each (ha!). anyway, report may not be as bad as i thought a couple of months ago. announcement somewhere near the end of july. good day. T
