Cos, Thank you for the laugh. I have now received two PMs from someone who believes that the evil airlines deserve to be punished and are reaping the rewards of their wicked ways because they have been mean to travel agents and who finds my economic views (which I was pleasantly surprised to learn I had) offensive and self-serving. He took this terribly painful and inappropriate opportunity to deliver a lecture on airline policies to me. I took notes so I can make the changes the next time the CEO calls me for advice. I had a movie moment this morning- (although I may be told that it was self-serving and that I was hearing ka-ching noises during it) I was driving to an appointment and listening to the Washington Cathedral service. Denyse Graves, whose glorious mezzo moves me to tears anyway, was singing God Bless America as I drove out of our town, when I heard a wonderful sound overhead. I looked up at what have been such very silent skies for three days to see a gleaming silver AA 767 coming in for a landing. It was a beautiful, beautiful sight.
