Some people aren't open to discussion of root causes - it can be painful to do it. I don't think it's about pain. This medium just doesn't lend itself well to discussions of complex or subtle concepts under the best of circumstances. When you try to do it in times of war, anything less than full agreement looks like treason. It's just not feasible, IMO. Karen
