The following market participant information has been reported to Nasdaq® as of September 14, 2001:

Both Sandler, O'Neill & Partners (SDLR) and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBWI) have suspended their market-making businesses. Any broker-to-broker orders left with either firm should be entered elsewhere.

Merrill Lynch (MLCO) retail and institutional business will be conducted through the Herzog (HRZG) MMID and the Herzog offices. All GTC orders that have been left with MLCO will be transferred to HRZG automatically. Unless you are contacted directly, your orders will be represented.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. (CANT) will be in business. They plan to test on Saturday, September 15, and re-open on Monday, September 17, as a Market Maker. However, they cannot recover their order book. Please reenter any broker-to-broker orders elsewhere.
