Everybody, I just got my annual report re SMSC (this is probably old news). In it, some reasonable shareholder has proposed that non-employee directors be stricken from the pension rolls ("roles"?). I agree. Let's all make sure we send in our proxy statements asking that directors, who are really only consultants, and not very good ones at that, not be eligible for pension benefits.
And I think this should apply to just about every company that exists, not just SMSC.
How many directors on this thread have I (inadvertantly) offended?
