We need world laws. And their enforcement too. The Haag war crimes tribunal is an example of what I am talking about. On the way back from our holidays we drove through Krajina/Croatia - three hours of empty, burnt-down houses shouting silently at me:"My people are all gone - dead, or traumatized and stigmatized as refugees.
