Yeah... Somehow, I understand your sense of admiration for Masood... I mean, the guy was a maverick, yet a clever one. So he knew that his luck was running out and that, at the first opportunity, his Russian/French "partners" would dispose of him. Hence his masterstroke: through the WTC/Pentagon simultaneous attacks, he f**cked both the Yanks and the French (and the Jews). Ahmad Shah Masood was dubbed the "Lion of the Panjsher"...
