This mind war as you call it will rise so high on the wings of the internet that I do not think anyone has any idea yet the effect it will have on those who engage in what is sure to come. We are already blasting each other with images (which can be altered) video, and websites that reside not only here but all over the world, and that are run by people who hold an ideological position. Stone tablet -> Paper -> Television -> EMAIL I fear a lot of things today. I fear that the city I live in will go up in a blast of fire. I fear that boys I know and perhaps even I may be called to serve my country with a rifle and a flak jacket. But most of all I fear the frailty of the human soul. I am afraid that many people will not take the time in thought, meditation and prayer to allow their mind to form a real opinion of what is happening around us right now. We want the easy way... It is easy (and right by my thought) to let our stomachs be turned by the events of the last few days. It is easy to let the anger boil so hot that it drives us to war. But we better make these decisions with our mind body and spirit. For I fear it could be easy for a resolve based on the emotional engine of the moment to be turned at the whim of the wind. The human heart can be foolish and be made to believe the most unreal things. How else can we explain the planes? How else can we explain the bombs at mosques? How else can we explain the cheering mobs in the middle east (and even in our own streets by a lesser degree)? I hope that we all will take the time to steel ouselves. Mind body and spirit for the times to come. I believe in GOD. I also believe that if you don't know him... this would be a good time to ask him to reveal Himself to you. Lies and half truths are already flying wildly.
