MOrning, Coug, It is a precarious time for all the airlines- and it's in our country's best interests to help them stabilize as quickly as possible. Security is basically the same for all of them, and what happened could have happened to any one of them and they are all very aware of that. As one Delta person said to us, We are brothers, family. What was done was done to all of us. The outpouring of support and caring for the airline has been overwhelming, according to my husband. People understand that this goes far beyond normal safety precautions. The opinions running rampant on SI are usually based on either partial or no knowledge-and are exactly that- opinions. People have every right to them, and to guess and critique and vent, but because I am so closely related to the airline side, I can't read them without bias and occasionally pain. I make no apologies for that. They are upsetting to me so I am trying now to avoid them. I am finding that I have to walk a fine line here because of my husband's job, so I'd probably best stop talking at all about the subject. We could talk about religion maybe-- you know, something less controversial. :)
