Everyone seems to be sending their children to the U.S. to get educated. The elites, from China to Brazil to Hungary, want their children to go to our Universities. They rub elbows (and other parts) with our Best and Brightest, for a few years. And then those kids go back home, and in a few years, they are running things. Hundreds of thousands of students, every year. These are better Ambassadors than your 60s drug addicts. They probably go home with a pretty good idea of what our country is like, the good and the bad.

Unfortunately, the most medieval and penniless nations can't or won't do this, and these are exactly the countries where Islamic Fundamentalism finds its recruits.
