Better you should go to the library or get on line and order some books on the Arab world and try to understand who these people are, than rant about the innocent guy who lives next door.

If you want to serve your country please join, now. But odds are you are too old; Just another old man screaming for the lives of the people who serve this country in uniform.

The Arab and Moslem world is no more representative of the people who committed the terrible act than we as a people are of Tim McVey and his cohorts. I didn't see you screaming that we should all watch out for our red-neck neighbors when the Oklahoma bombing occurred.

There are people of Arab decent, and of the Moslem faith serving in our military today. They answered the call long before you went on your run and decided to vent. It is an injustice to them and their families to question their loyalties.

This is a terrible time. But as one who comes from a family with a strong history of service to this country, both military and otherwise, I am most reluctant to see the lives of the dedicated men and women of the US military thrown away just so a lot of people can sit back in their chairs and feel smug about their bigoted misguided opinions.

When this nation responds it should be with fore thought and knowledge; and not just mindless acts of terror in answer to past acts of terror.

This is a very sad time. We must all meet these events in our own way. I understand your frustration, but I can not subscribe to your rationalization of a need for generalized hatred and bigotry.
