Stockman, The problem is simple: incompetence and criminality. Clean out FBI and other intelligence services of cronyism. Expose the bright light of day to criminally excessive secrecy being used to cover up an unlimited number of things that highest levels of management don't wish to have seen, and some are even using for their own personal aggradizement. The solution? It's simple, but not easy, since many are in high levels of the admin: FIRE THEM NOW, starting at the top, where the responsibility always lies, and replace with patriotic and capable Americans, of which we now have hundreds of thousands, with decades of experience in all areas. A CALL TO ACTION would be received by a deafening response.
