Gregor, Yes, what you say is so very true. Perhaps subconsciously some of my self esteem issues are still unresolved. I know consciously that I never would have received true salvation if God did not accept me as I was, at that moment, with all of my sins laid bare before Him. I read somewhere that to feel unworthy of God's blessings is a proper frame of mind to realize that God is the supplier from whom all blessings flow. But never as I so stated to feel that we must gain God's approval before we can feel accepted by Him as His very own. No one would come to Christ if they waited until they felt good enough for Him to accept! Thank you for reaching out to me even though I had not requested anything from you at the time.I needed a brother in Christ to reach out and you did. Praise God in Christ through whom all blessings flow.(unconditionally!) James
