I don't understand , rebuilding Skyscrapers now to house such financially or economically senstive operations ... better to go for lower decentralized campus-style infra-structure locations , like Microsoft's in Seatlle. With the IT age , people can work from any location or area they want now ...course it won't ever be the same as Manhattan ... much more natural& healthy to work closer to the ground ...some egos may suffer though . poor donald trump<gg>
