The Taliban does not want the violence. They love violence ... they have been dealing with violence all their lives. They don't have to do it themselves anyway ... they are always safe ... they get some poor schmuck who thinks he'll get 70 virgins to do the dirty work. History has proven you promise a guy 70 virgins and he'll kick the Russians ass right out of the country.
