I'm a Canadian; every human being on this planet has a stake in this. I solemnly believe that this enormous crime of Bin Laden MUST be punished, for the safety of the world. But the U.S. should also make sure that the Palestinians are fairly treated. The Palestinians may not be strong advocates of justice in general but they specifically have not received justice in this era. The Oslo agreements have been continually ignored by Israel "settlers." It's fair to call them invaders. For the sake of justice and to disarm the propaganda weapons of reactionary Arabs, the U.S. must no longer act as the backer of all the actions of the Israelis. I wonder if Bush understands this. The enemy must be politically isolated.
