THIS ATTACK SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED! CLINTON ADMIN LET US ALL DOWN!!

Well, that's one way to look at it. A ridiculously naive and biased way, but a way nonetheless.

Let's look at it another way.

This attack should have been avoided. The CIA had no more business funding, arming, and training Osama bin Laden and his army of Holy Warriors than it did backing Manuel Noriega and Saddam Hussein. The CIA's business is supposed to be collecting and analyzing intelligence, so that we can prepare in advance for important events, like the collapse of Communism, Iraq's invasion of Kuwait, and the terrorist attack of 9/11. But they have apparently left the intelligence business behind, so that they can focus on short-sightedly arming, funding, and training rebels and terrorists around the world, and attempting to overthrow governments that are not properly aligned politically with our corporate powers.

In other words, the Bush/CIA/Oil Dynasty let us all down.

Just my pig-headed opinion,
Dave
