Perhaps we could lock them up and have a recording of the Bible piped into their cells 24-7. Well, maybe interspersed with sermons by the Pope, Falwell, Graham, Cotton Mather, and others. Only visits permitted would be visits by Jehovahs Witnesses and Mormons missionaries.

After a year or two of this I think they would prefer death.
