I like the way Bush and his staff are approaching it so far: getting every country, including most Arab (Muslim) states (except Suddam) to support and contribute to the effort. That combined with precision attacks that take out the nerve center should produce results.

A sustained effort both to tighten security methods and to pursue terrorists both here and abroad will be needed. If we do this with intelligence we can win more friends and destroy more enemies than we create.
