Jail them. Whatever you do, don't let them become martyrs. Get used to
it, that's the optimal solution for this situation.

The optimal solution would be for the terrorists to be betrayed by their benefactors. We may have to accept less than the optimal solution. Get used to it. They will be martyrs to some in any case, heroes even if in jail.

edit: You only responded to my statement. No answer to the questions? I say great if we can snatch them all and let them rot in a nice desert camp......I'm not the bloodthirsty cowboy you seem to infer with no evidence.
