like this silly campaign to get J6P to buy the stocks the institutions want to sell on Monday. Patriotic to buy stocks?? What a load of hooey! It's not any more patriotic to buy stocks now than it was in March of 2000 or a couple of weeks ago. This first flood of liquidity -- 130 B will be absorbed rather quickly. In 2 - 3 weeks I bet we have another massive injection to equal it -- then what is going to happend to the mighty USD -- You can sing God Bless America all day long if want. Won't have a darn thing to do with what happens, IMHO. People that take to the airwaaves that are trying to get companies and J6P to spend their last dollar to "support" stocks are less than genuine, IMO. The J6P's caught up in the mood are being set up. Don't get me wrong. I am very thankful to be living in this country and not some other. The US still has many strengths, even if we have been briefly humbled by this attack. I hope our leaders use their God-given discretion and don't kill hundreds of innocents. The idea of being able to stamp out terrorism at large appears to me to be a foolish notion, but if we know of training grounds or hostile groups that we can eliminate -- so be it. If there were one message I could send directly to the president it would be: Let's be patient. Let's take our time, find only those we know are responsible (directly and indirectly) and not broadcast any action before we take it.
