Whoever fabricated this stuff has no clue to what is going on. The Chinese have a huge and longstanding domestic problem with Islamic fundamentalists. They would not finance internal dissension in their own country. They have a big stake in getting a solution to the problem of Islamic separatism in the northwest of China. Their border with Afghanistan may be our best bet to take the "Silk Route" to Kabul overtly or otherwise. Jim
