I agree with that part of her comment. I'd settle for more efficient in every part of our fiscal government. I won't get into other parts of her commentary as I don't think this is the time for it.

I agree, it took courage for her to take a political stand here. Based on the district she represents, she may even be considered a hero. Now there's a word that has been watered down in recent history.

Does anyone know offhand what the vote was when we declared war on Japan? I wonder if anyone dissented and I wonder what happened to their career if they did.
