JPR, I know this is an emotional time, so I am not going to argue with you.

I just makes me sad that you wrote this. Please reflect on the phrase "attack on freedom" that the President used.

It is pointless and dangerous to allow non-govt-sponsored foreigners to learn critical skills in this country and inadvertently allow them to use those skills against US interests. All foreigners entering the country should carry identification cards, the information of which can be obtained by all US law enforcement agencies from databases. The movements of the foreigners should be monitored with those IDs just as in the case of the EZ pass motorists or satellite tracking devices. The one found without ID cards -or any such infraction or irregularity - should be identified, taken to court, judged and meted out appropriate disposition. All these should be funded from the fee generated from the foreigners themselves
