Practice runs meaning in mocked up cabins on how to take over the cockpit, simulators (as in Florida), etc..

Actually I believe the leaders do give a sh*t about their own lives. Those in power want to stay in power. Its the robots that follow them that don't care.

Time to take a lesson from Israel...targeted killings will be required to eliminate cells...no way around that one.
