JPR - i am surprised that theses are your thoughts.

It is pointless and dangerous to allow non-govt-sponsored foreigners to learn critical skills in this country and inadvertently allow them to use those skills against US interests. All foreigners entering the country should carry identification cards, the information of which can be obtained by all US law enforcement agencies from databases. The movements of the foreigners should be monitored with those IDs just as in the case of the EZ pass motorists or satellite tracking devices. The one found without ID cards -or any such infraction or irregularity - should be identified, taken to court, judged and meted out appropriate disposition. All these should be funded from the fee generated from the foreigners themselves

You are putting all new arrivals to this country (or do u go back to when the Red Indians roamed this land) in danger of being discriminated and targeted. With the tech we have today, it would be no different than the nazi camps. And what about the immigrants children who are born here? How many generations should carry these ID cards?

I know u are probably thinking of 'foreigners' as non-residents. but it doesnt take much to becoem a 'resident; of this country so your idea still would not work.

And finally you are tearing down the fabric of the very ideas and values that have made thiscountry what it is today.

Over reaction to bombing? and that fact that your son 'barely escaped' with his life? If so, I understand.
