Hi Frank: Your Husky did well on Friday.
What did you get for an entry? I tend to like the tanker VLCCF. May be a good entry point very soon if danger lurks for the shipping lanes, would be great to get that one at a intermediate low, keeping tight stops. Tankers may be able to get some high premium payments, if they have to make gauntlet runs thru the various straights.

Read a book once said Chevron is best for a buy and hold with gains of 11% year over year, all due to dividends, splits and the best of price appreciation ( I suppose this is in reference to only big cap DOW stocks). Same guy said Rockwell had the best capital management (sure is discounted these days) for a former DOW company. I was really hoping to get back into EOT and HGT, but it looked like a big sell-off was going to happen and never did. My thinking is the market makers will continue to manipulate the integrated oils and service companies when possible in sideways trading with plenty of downgrades on a whim, etc. You may be right about a run rally for the near-term.

It sure was evident last week that the oil sector can have a bull run with war rumors and actions. XLE on the NYSE is a great way to get some profit from an integrated bull run in the US markets. The NCE Energy royalty also looks very good as a long term holding. No wonder you guys keep those royalty companies to yourselves up North.

Best Wishes;
Rails
