I would even be in favor of doing a "Marshall Plan" type deal after we've taken care of business to build up the Middle East just like we did in Europe... That plan helped creat some of the best economies in the world and great trading partners for the U.S. - Then maybe the Middle East might acutally start contributing something to the world instead of of this strife, misery and as we say in South america "Mala Leche" (Sour milk...)
