I'm not sure what this is as it seems more of a governmental
or political factor that I have heard does affect things as much
or more than the actual metals and mining elements.

central bankers gathered at the 4th International Reserves

agreement under which 14 central banks with 47% of the
world's official gold reserves will restrict sales to strengthen

After boot camp at San Diego during my few weeks training
for the recoiless rifle at Camp Pemleton(sic) I tried to have
my assignment changed to becoming a sniper but someone
felt that my expert shooting score was somehow not for real
since i wore thick eye glasses and could not see far away
stuff without them, yes but with corrective lenses my vision
was better than 20/20.

For sure all the USA special forces units will find "work"
as their years and years of training will now switch very
quickly and become very real for them all, not just a few
"lucky" ones that in past years had to wait for assignments
in drug law enforcements activity, now its war and long one.
My speculation is that those parents with civilian sons in the
draft'able age group will not find any draft of large numbers
since this war will be fought as you and others notes on this
and other threads, so i do not expect any Vietnam type massive
sending of troops anyplace, but only those already trained in
the types of limited contact out in the open, and very limited
contact out of sight type warriors will be needed. I'm sure many
young men will sign up for these special fighting areas that will
also include a need and demand for special technical somewhat
non combat roles such as always is needed in any war. Again it just
my speculation, but i tend to agree that the USA will not occupy
any countries in the manner to control their civilian populations,
but more of a military presents very tightly located and defended
so that military operations can be exercised local inside the nation,
meaning to me the USA will not "police" any cities or large towns,
but will enter and get done whats needed anytime etc.
No draft i see, not even a lottery type used before.
The only exception to this may be focused drafting young men
and not so young men in their 30s that have a neede skill with
the "... nuke, anthrax, a neurotoxic gas ...on Chicago, New York again,
San Francisco, Seattle...and then we'll wring our... " skills needed
to identify and locate and take out this type both outside and inside
the USA. Which if i may spark a little "how" to a "what if."
Its a bad way to start an example, and a bad example to use,
but those terror attacks against the people of Israel have so far
been of bombs and bullets and nails and rocks etc, and not the
type of mass destruction vehicles that those who do bomb and shoot
also have at their usage, but do not use knowing that once used
the state of Israel would counter x1000 etc.
But if they did use weapons of mass destruction then they would
have knowned that quickly a massive effort x1000 would be taken
to take them out totally etc. Yes, and knowing that if they did
decide to do it then they would have prepared to fight back in the
short time they will have left, as in days and weeks, so they would
have collected and readied all the most destructive weapons of
mass destruction in a way to be used in the here and now.
If those who sent(engineered) those 4 planes knew the targets
would be x1000 anything imagined before, then they would have
prepared ahead of time the ability to strike back to a massive USA
attack on them that would not allow them the time and ability
to organize and collect more wapons.
If so then here is what i speculate as "as is" or "what is."
If the USA federal government announced a war type act,
and done totally in the USA the following,
- freeze every rent-a-storage
in that no one is allowed access to their storage area
- anyone at this time at that area will leave without anything taken
- needs local Police to simply occupy every storage location
which is doable, just closed them down all
- each storage "room" is entered
a dog sniffs for explosives
a meter reads for radiation
a meter reads for chemicals
a meter reads for biological agents
Then i predict that weapons of mass destructions will be found,
as they are now in storage waiting for the USA to attack their groups,
and once done its the end for them so they will go out using everything
that have which is all the weapons they collected and readied
in every major usa city location, meaning that to me 95% of these
weapons of mass destructions now are stored in these storage locations
in a 10 miles distance of the 100 biggest cities in the USA.
To me they are ready and armed and once the USA attacks them
in the nations where they call home or safe haven, then these few
in numbers like 100 people will deliver 100 weapons of mass destruction
to the 100 big usa cities the following day.
If so then why not have the usa law enfocement folks not do this.
No person or religion or etc will be signaled out.
Just search every storage locker in a 5-10-50 mile radius of New Yorc City etc.
