Oh ... just another opinion from a shareholder/employee ... The recent changes and reorganizations, although sometimes painful, have been fantastic and more that I could have imagined! There is still a very strong group of people, with less layers of management, with a growing enthusiasm about where we are going as a company. Doomsayers keep talking, but there is an actual strategy underway ... and the comparisons that you are drawing based on the current network model are about to be broken. From the rumors that I have heard, Marketing is going through a major transformation ... and that's a good thing. I believe that things are rapidly changing ... I'll be at Novell for a while, and I'll be in the employee stock purchase plan too! Scott C. Lemon
