The markets proved that they could remain overbought for extended periods of time ..

Of course, that was when the price of a stock had nothing to do with the value of the company .. only how much money was available to spend on them. Oh oh .. that's still the way it is ..

While the markets have been closed, US bonds have sold off and the dollar hit new lows. In spite of all the money that the fed injected. To me, this indicated foreign money trying to get out of the US.

I expect that we will see the market open gapping over the mid tine of my black fork (1055.76). We are then looking at three possible bounce points 980.77, 925.05, 837.3.

The 980 and 837 points are from the red fork that I currently have shown on the chart. That fork has failed before, but still shows strong activity based on the upper tine acting both as R and S.

I haven't updated the date on that chart yet .. haven't had the stomach for it.
