YNOT, CB and Jay. I will show my concept next week to Senior VP and CFO of a mobile operator. Parent company is TIW of Canada. See the results, so far, of people I contacted: GE Capital told me to seek VC. They only work with companies already formed. My buddy in the US said: "concept seems to be workable but would probably take financial resources that are beyond my ability to raise. Given the current state of the telecom industry, one could end up sitting on such assets for a long time before a pay-off. It could be a hard sell to get investors interested." Let me see what this guy will say.
