Why the emphasis on the word NO? You seemed to advocate anything. No, I wouldn't use biologicals even if they did because they are imprecise. The problem you seem to have trouble with is that, if you use SOME options, they will lead to THOSE options. That is what you apparently don't understand.

SO, when you highlight NO, you seem to be disconnecting from cause and effect. If we use a neutron weapon (low radiation, clean, and small amount of blast damage), this tactical use of nukes escalates the involvement and may draw in others who are sitting on the sidelines.

Didn't you ever wonder how the death of an obscure Archduke in the Balkans preciptated WWI. People that are this clueless scare me.
