I think this would be ensure he gets his hands on the $30B by leveraging his Allies. Everyone has his price..... Musharraf must been thinking: "I get to wipe out all my debts, I will be rid of this unruly adolescent (Taliban child growing up), and I will be rid of this huge terrorist organization on my doorstep. Why wouldn't he agree?
