The SEC's actions are immoral and bad for the economy to boot -- is this the time for overleveraged companies to be throwing away shareholders money to support their stock? -- if they can't find any better use for their funds than this after all of the d*rn buybacks at much higher prices what is the US gonna do? It boggles the mind ... no wonder our economy is going down hard.
